It would pain me very much had I not unveiled my man of the year, it took me till today because I was waiting for whom to compare to you. Even if Nnamdi Kanu is a terrorist as formally alleged by Nigerian government, they saw a terrorist that courageously said “put me behind bars if injustice will keep pervading this judiciary. Keep me behind bars for the sake of truth. Keep me behind bars instead of to compromise my people.

Put me behind bars instead of collect your bribe of millions of Naira. Put me behind bars instead of telling me to abandon what I believe in". The courage of Nnamdi Kanu alone is worth the envy, many people had come up with the belief that he is up for wealth, but he has finally proved that he meant business even if it would cost his life. Do not be deceived easily, Nnamdi Kanu is a heir to a throne in Afaramaibeku in Umuahia, studied in London and became a British citizen, established a consultant firm which by record managed only white people. Nnamdi Kanu is a millionaire before he independently embraced struggle in 2009. During his first imprisonment, he was not known but before this his second imprisonment he had attained heroic status. He molded himself into Biafran leader and not Igbo leader, he from the grassroots in his outspoken manner like Donald Trump, intellectually decided to fight, his intellectual battle united Biafrans, he as Biafran leader.

Firstly, the divide and rule strategy of Nigeria which practically made eastern region a minority by means of dividing them into south south and southeast was scrapped. Afraid of the unity that would succeed eastern people, today Nigerian government through their media and paid commentators work tirelessly to hoodwink his people again in his absence.  He is a prince who has everything, money, fame, power (as potential traditional ruler). He abandoned everything to fight for the freedom of his people, criticized for residing in abroad and risking lives of Biafrans, he boldly came back to prove he is ready to sacrifice his life for that hawker and poor people on the streets. Like Donald Trump, he massaged not truth but said it without fear or favour, he bluntly told Biafrans to their faces how unreasonable they are. He openly told Nigerians state how unlawful they are and criticized all the so-called leaders that left Africa in state of being suggested to be re-colonized.

He did all these for a change from being monkeys and baboons to being human being. Jonathan is imbecilic and hopeless while Muhammed Buhari is a pedophile and terrorist. Truth was said without fear and today Obama is being suspected of what Kanu said, Buhari has traces of terrorism and pedophilia. Like Mandela, he has left his son and wife, left his comfort zone and civilized UK. Left his career, his crown, his wealth and all he aspired in life. He has sacrificed his life on the altar of freedom, he has sacrificed his royal life for a poor worthless man like me, that I may have Biafra, a nation I can be what I want to be, a nation free of corruption, religious and ethnic vile. A nation I won't be a slave or marginalized again, a nation that we can call a home and live like he lived in London.  If his effort and sacrifice is to have a London of his own in Biafra, I Stand up and shout my man of the year of 2015.
